Wolfhound, I'm pretty certain IE 10 supports it. Actually it supports a good number of the fun CSS3 stuff -- I was reasonably impressed.
Text-shadow can be done in earlier versions of IE using filter:DropShadow(Color=#000000, OffX=1, OffY=1), but i'm not sure you can layer multiple directions of it like you can with CSS3. (This link might help: http://www.impressivewebs.com/css3-text-shadow-ie/ )
Honestly, I decided not to sweat older versions of IE. All of the people I play with use Firefox and Chrome and I don't see any reason to hamstring myself by trying to design for the hypothetical person who uses IE 7 still. It's one of the things that makes professional web-designers want to scream anyway. :)
Thanks Madartiste, you've converted me to your way of thinking, I'm not going to worry about the older browsers. :)
Postgame for last night's session is up. It was a far more ... spectacular ... ending than I originally planned - leave it to Players. Of course, having two of my Austin group come up and join the Dallas group for an 8 player session helped up the complexity.
"Game 2.6 - the third, and apparently final session in the Hot Water story arc":http://www.obsidianportal.com/campaign/dfd/adventure-log
Conclusion of Hot Water (Episode 2.6, aka Session 28) plus two postgames by Conor and one by our youngest player (one of my Austin group... she's 11. So anyone that feels like commenting on the "Oh Goodness" story, please be encouraging :) )
and Matthew puts up his "postgame 2.3":http://www.obsidianportal.com/campaign/dfd/adventure-log/warding
It's another really long one derived from a scene (so if you're curious about Fate system this is a good one - system related stuff is in the grey commentary box below the text)
So, some friends of friends and acquaintances here in the Dallas area are doing a Fan Film about The Dresden Files (none of our actual players are in the film though).
Their first trailer is up and they have a facebook page. If you're a fan of the books, you may want to mozy on over and throw their page a Like or comment. :)
"Night Light":https://www.facebook.com/TDFNightLight - a Fan Film of The Dresden Files
Oooookay. So our midseason concluded and I've been so swamped at work my postgame got waaaay out of sync (and they still are a little bit) but I'm closer to being caught up than I was.

The Midseason 3 game story arc
---------------------------------------
This is where I as a GM blogger suck... I'm still working on it. Part 3 is basically not up at all.
Part 1 (finished) Session 31- "Queen to Big D, Check":http://www.obsidianportal.com/campaign/dfd/adventure-log/queen-to-big-d-check
Part 2 (unformatted) Session 32 - "Queenside Castle":http://www.obsidianportal.com/campaign/dfd/adventure-log/queenside-castle
Part 3 (only barest notes) Session 33 - "Checkmate in One":http://www.obsidianportal.com/campaign/dfd/adventure-log/checkmate-in-one
Two more postgames, longish ones (around 2k words each).
I know there are several folks that enjoy reading Matthew postgames - "Matthew & Barbara progress their relationship":http://www.obsidianportal.com/campaign/dfd/adventure-log/dulcius-ex-asperis
Also our resident Summer Fae - "Conor meets with The Marchioness to discuss old business in the wake of recent events":http://www.obsidianportal.com/campaign/dfd/adventure-log/dathanna-ags-la
(also the conclusion to Conor's 3 part "week running around with Roxie":http://www.obsidianportal.com/campaign/dfd/adventure-log/bronntanais part one and two are in the post above )
Apparently Matthew's Player is on a roll today - "Matthew & Barbara's relationship development gets more involved":http://www.obsidianportal.com/campaign/dfd/adventure-log/wedding-plans
So we're at our "midseason" (with various power/skill juggles that happen at that time) and so last night's game was more administrative than anything else, but we did play through a few scenes. Fans of the Erica character may be especially interested.

... and I got sick of my DFD homepage and am trying something that acts as a better gateway to the pages that seem to generate more traffic (postgames) and a bit more graphical.
Looks Frelling awesome and, once again, I am jealous of your site.

2) The actual row div needs "position:relative;" in it
3) Into the Row Div use my mouseover buttons off the tutorial, format the graphic to allow some text to be visible and use transparent PNGs

/* This is the text that lights up when you mouseover, basically the same as with the tutorial */

----------------------------------------------
THE WIKI PAGE ITSELF - This new version of the button dynamically flows inside the container DIV or page. This allows you to just drop buttons on your page and the CSS will dynamically move stuff around for you. No more hunting through lines of CSS to figure out which cell of which tribox has whatever button.
/* Style 1 - use the default graphic from the CSS */

/* Style 2 - add a style to the newwiki div so that you can have a custom graphic for the button */

Wiki main page updated with my new self-sorting button. I also reorganized the data to have it all off the main wiki page (trying to remove excessive clicks to 'drill down')

I'm just about 3/4 the way through the Dresden Files books and love the setting so much I grabbed up copies of the game. You and Keryth987 have both done fantastic jobs on your sites and your advetures are very well presented and written.
Just a question, I see you use many real images and then turn them into almost comic like images. What program are you using for this? I use Paint.net myself but have never been able to get the images to come out quite like yours.
Take his code, paste it into notepad or some other text editing software. Save the file as "whatever you want" .scm
put it in your GIMP scripts folder (on my 64 bit Windows machine it's "C:\Program Files (x86)\GIMP-2.0\share\gimp\2.0\scripts")
My process:
Get your image, open it or paste it in.
Crop it to a square (Shift-C, set the Fixed Aspect ratio to 1:1)
Scale it to 256 by 256 pixels (Image menu option -> Scale Image)
Apply the Cartoon script (Script-Fu menu option -> Artistic -> Cartoon)
---------------
I also use the "Save for Web" plugin to ensure my graphics are optimized for speed.
I pasted the script into notepad but it seems to have no option to save it as a .scm file. Microsoft word also doesn't give this option.
Is there another type of text editor you'd recommend?
1) Display file extensions for known file types ( Windows 7 -> Open Explorer -> Go to Folder and Search Options by Clicking it it from the Organize dropdown or go to the Control Panel and search "Folder" and it'll turn up). In the View tab, go in and uncheck the "Hide extensions for known file types" - this will let you see your file types and also not conceal them when you're trying to save files with different names.
2) is File -> Save as -> make sure "save as type:" is Text Document (*.txt) -> but when you save your file, manually go in and save it as a .scm file
After seeing so much re Dresden Files on OP, I finally got to watch an episode of the TV series. So now I GET IT! (21st Century Cthulhu with a spoonful of X-Files!)

The software is GIMP - it's a free, open source photo manipulation software very similar to Photoshop

Then I use a script that Joe1GK worked up for the Cartoon effect.
