So, it is now 1/26/15. No COTM for January. No Campaign of the Year for 2014.
The only response is a testy "The site has not been abandoned."

    Just trying to help out.

Any chance we can learn if you are discontinuing the COTM and COTY? Since it is the 26th of January, and we have not seen either yet.
Please let them know you miss this as well!

Very sad - COTM/COTY are GREAT sources of inspiration on cool things that can be done with OP.

Congrats to Planeswalker, January's COTM voted in February 2nd.... Great "interview":http://blog.obsidianportal.com/skies-glass-januarys-campaign-month/

On a side note, given that they were "reviewing" COTM, why didn't they just skip January and make Skies of Glass February's COTM??

so I have always wanted to see a King Arthur Pendragon Campaign nominated for this, of course secretly hoping mine would be the one... but instead here is a KAP campaign that is truly worthy from alexander_bjursell

Thanks you guys! I'm glad you like it. We've been playing for a long time, even though we only put the site up pretty recently. We'll be adding content as we go along. I'm always looking for feedback or ideas thought. If you have any I'd hope you share it.

I'm currently working on expanding the maps, since i hit the limit... I'll need to figure out an external solution.

    Hi Ikabodo,

I don't even use the map service of OP, I host them as images on Photobucket and run them as backgrounds on divs. Sure, this means that I have to manage my own map pointers, but it also gives me more flexibility in stuff that I can do with the map. I remember someone else (Kelty I think, don't recall the name for sure) had some really amazing stuff that he did with his maps, also not ran through the OP map service. In fact, due to some weirdness way back when I first started, I don't use the file storage of OP at all, but rather host every image through Photobucket. My campaigns don't get enough constant activity to require a pay account with Photobucket, so it works great (though your mileage may vary). Any ways, that is one possible external solution.

so what is the process for nominating a campaign of the month? is my post here enough, or do I need to contact someone else?

According to the "details in the last CotM Blog Post":http://blog.obsidianportal.com/skies-glass-januarys-campaign-month/ (at the bottom) the votes for CotM should be emailed directly to Jerry. He has a link to his email at the end of the post for just that.

Ikabodo, and who ever else wants to, This would be a good time to drop an email to Jerry and vote for your campaign :)
