What is the expected time to receive a response from a submitted support ticket? (Ticket ID: 4148609) It's nothing earth-shattering but it is something that was broken previously on OP that was supposedly fixed. :)
Thanks for reaching out, we typically try to reply within 48 - 72 hours at most. I see your ticket came in on Saturday, we don't have a support person monitoring tickets thru the weekend at this time hence the lack or reply thus far.
