Ahhh - migraines are never fun. I'd offer advice about pinching the area between the thumb and forefinger, but that's hard to describe, and it works for some kinds of headaches and not others.

I can see where that would be problematic - good, because you sleep through the migraine. Bad, because you're forced to sleep when you may not want to.
