If they are available for the particular game system you are using you can just select them from the character editing window from the dropdown window and then fill them out.

Losing CotM is a tragedy because it showcases the heights the product of OP can be taken to. Seems to me it is in their best interests to keep it going if for nothing else but the good will it engenders.
