YouTube Broken Again
June 2017
Oh, there are ways they can do it, it is absolutely possible to limit the sources you allow with such an implementation (this is why there are still plenty of sites out there which allow this, they just restrict it a bunch to trusted stuff usually).…

iframe is generally considered to be a security risk is likely why. Once you start allowing users to serve up content from other sources you have to trust that those other sources aren't injecting malware and such.

Just tossing this out there in case it is important, but trying to use the test page @cgregory linked doesn't work for me in Chrome though it does in Firefox. Might be something to keep in mind if any of your players use Chrome to view the site sin…

I agree with UTM, Player Secrets sold Ascendant for me, anything else was just a bonus at that point (many of which I have made use of).

Public GM Resources option

I believe that is why Calion was suggesting it only be visible to other OP users who are not players in the game, but your point is still valid as a person could just make a throw away account that isn't a player in the game and see all the juicy de…

Lots of folks here know the Textile editor VERY well, so if you need help getting anything working with that don't hesitate to hit the forums up.

Linking within a Wiki Page

Yea, very handy to do as well, I use it in my Dragon Age campaign in a few places to make it easier to access specific content.

Well, keep me posted for sure and if you do happen to be there we can try and connect at some point. At this point I know when all of my games are going to be, but I still have to figure out what hours I'll be working in the Exhibit Hall.

Rate my Hobbyist tabletop system
May 2017
You are very correct, @Johnprime - it is quite the investment of time and effort to truly do a game system. Years really. And it will rarely all come together cohesively in one go. Lots of forming ideas, trying ideas (even if only in a simulation…

Let us know how it goes, I'll be tracking along with this to see how things go for you if you care to keep posting about it. Being involved in indie game development myself I love to see people taking a stab at creating something.

I'm in the same boat as Kallak, there really isn't enough content to go off of. I'm sure the information is more meaningful to you as you have ideas in your head about how it all works. Based on the document all I can really say is it looks like y…

Just a quick bump for this thread, since the day is now upon us. My plans are pretty well laid out above, with some minor adjustments. Today I will actually be running the game, and it will be a classic House on the Hill Scenario that should be fu…
