Hi, I'm new to html/textile coding and am trying to change to background color on my pages. I looked online and found some stuff involving but I'm not sure how to get it working with this site.

Thanks for any input.

I use a code to add an image to my page and change a division background inside the main background, a piece of it should work for what you need.

    Your content

That results in a black background with white text, most regular color names work, and if you can't the proper color name, use HTML color codes. White would be #FFFFFF, black is #000000 etc.

Thank you for the reply. I ended up (for now) using the text color code from your post with code on how to use background images from another template on the site.

Here's what I have so far:

You can seat the tags too. In fact, my campaign uses that format throughout.

Try that a few places if the background seems too busy for the text anywhere.
