  Heard back from the team! Here's what they said:

  The top search searches tags or keywords (so not only tags) from Wiki Pages, Adventure Logs, Characters, and Items. And also Member Names. So, not the Campaign Forums, Calendar, Media Library, or Maps.

  There’s currently not a way to search the Campaign Forums, but we’ve added it to the Feature Request list.

  If you know what Campaign Forum Topic the thing is in, you could make sure all of the posts are loaded into the browser window, and then use CTRL+F to Find a keyword on the page. But that’s only if you know the Topic to look in.

  If there’s something specific they are trying to find right now, we can help them find that by doing a database search on the back-end. Just let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll see what we can do.

  One other option for searching the Campaign Forums …

  Campaign Settings > Advanced

  Download the Campaign Backup

  In the zip file, there is an XML file

  Open the XML file in a text editor, and then do a Find in the text for whatever keywords are in the post you’re wanting to find

  The Backup XML file has all of the Campaign Forum Posts in one file, along with all of the other pages in the Campaign as well.
