While I'm not sure what the actual intent of this post was, it gave me a yearning to create a world with other GMs collaboratively. At first I didn't act on this because I didn't know if anyone would be interested, but eventually couldn't resist the temptation. To that end, I created the following campaign site, and have recently added some starter info to it.
Thanks! It's done entirely via CSS, targeting the default SVG that OP places as the OP "logo". It was a bit of a pain to get working so I'm glad folks like it. If you let it run for about a minute before scrolling it out of sight, it does something special.

The goal is to create an entire setting for OP GMs and users to use that supports multiple TTRPG systems.

The CSS code snippets misinterpret the animations call outs in the CSS, thinking that it needs to tag them with address references erroneously.
Those lines in the code above should look like what's in this screenshot:
