Why weren't Delphini, Kai and Nina made Noble's after helping save The Entire Empire 4 times?

Why weren't Delphini, Kai and Nina made Noble's after helping save The Entire Empire 4 times?, it could be because they were born Slaves

But that doesn't make sense, after all they've helped save The Entire Empire 4 times, they also have dozens of powerful allies that between them have enough power, influence and respect to guarantee that Delphini, Kai and Nina each get A Noble Tittle

Their 18 most powerful allies are The High Priest of Ulric, Deputy High Priests of Verna and Ulric, The Elector Counts of Nuln, Averland, Stirland, Talabheim and The Moot, 1 Bretonnian Earl, 1 of The Dukes of Bretonnia, 4 fairly powerful and 1 very powerful Aldolf Nobles and 2 powerful and 1 very powerful Diplomats from Kislev

To put it another way they are good friends of 6 of The 15 Elector Counts, that means that more then 1 in 3 of The Elector Counts are good friends of theirs. Even more reason why it doesn't make sense

The 4 times she played a very large part in saving The Entire Empire were in Paths of The Dammed, Terror in Talabheim, Thousand Thrones and 1 that in A mini campaign that The GM made

Maybe the other nobles are concerned that if they can save the Empire when they aren't nobles ... then if they were made nobles, they could take over.  So they are kept intentionally limited.

Even worse, maybe, is that they saved The Empire 4 times yet not only are they not nobles, I'm assuming that being adopted by A Noble Family because you saved their heir and the heir is/now was, lonely, wants friends and thinks you'd be good friends to him doesn't count, its made even worse because all 3 of them spend most of the 1st 7 years of their lives as Slaves

I'm certain that no matter how many Nobles are/were worried about them taking over they'd never be able to stop the groups allies arranging Noble Titles for them

I mean come on their friends with 7 of The 15 Elector Counts, that means well over 1 in 3 and almost half of The Empires 15 Elector Counts are good friends of theirs

Theirs not enough Nobles on the continent with enough combined power to stop Delphini, Kai and Nina getting Noble Titles

Another thought their good friends almost half of The Empires 15 Elector Counts, so if 1 of the other 8 Elector Counts offered them a big enough bribe the briber would have at least A 68% chance of getting the 8 votes needed to be elected Emperor, those potential 8 votes being his or or hers and the votes of up to 7 of The Elector Counts that they are friends with

The 7th Elector Count is 1 I'd initially forgot to mention, he was A Influential Priest they met during The Aldolf Part of Thousand Thrones, and years later the guy became A Arch Lector of Sigmar
