What's to stop some of her groups enemies working together to destroy The Pcs/their mutual enemies

As a update on a earlier post here's lots of information on all of the enemies that have been made by the characters in A 4th edition WFRP Campaign that a friend of mine's doing. But my friends asked me to ask a question. What's to stop some of her groups enemies working together to destroy The Pcs/their mutual enemies?

My friend has also admitted that 2 of these were from adventures that were 4th edition WFRP Versions of A Fightng Fantasy Gamebook, 1 was from A 4th edition WFRP Version of Grailquest Book 1, 1 was from A 4th edition WFRP Version of Chapter 4 of The Fan made Fire Emblem Road to Ruin and 1 Grailquest Book 1, 1 was from A 4th edition WFRP of Chapter 4 of The Fan made Fire Emblem Order of The Crimson Arm

A Group of Goblinoid Marauders from A Variant of The Grissenwald part of Death on The Reik were A Noble hires us to prove The Dwarfs innocence then identify and catch The Real Killers

In order for this Group of Goblinoid Marauders to be a worthy challenge for us The GM choose to make this Group of Goblin Marauders several times more powerful then they are in The Official Death on The Reik

They are from A adventure that The GM made that was inspired partly by Madam Crowfoot from The 1st edition Maringburg Supplement and partly by A Semi-Official 1st edition Rune-Quest Adventure that was called Beauty Is Skin Deep

Madam Crawfoot is 65.2 years old, she lived that long by making deals with Deamons but she got away with it for decades and she did so by convincing everyone that asked that she is A Half-Elf that is more Elf then Human

She also succeeded at convincing everyone that asked that she is A Unique Half-Elf and that the reason that she is A Unique Half-Elf is because her appearance was more Human then Elven and her genetics were more Elven more Elf then Human

And

She started her career the day after her 17th birthday and over the last 48.2 years she has become A Rank 1 Outlaw, she is A Former Rank 3 Wizard of Chaos, she is also A Former Rank 2 Witch and she is also A Former Rank 3 Apothecary

5th

    A Warhammer RPG Version of The Mask from The Fighting Fantasy Gamebook Spellbreaker

    The Mask was A Rank 3 Outlaw and within The Last 3.4 years he has become A Rank 4 Outlaw

    To be exact at the time we defeated him he was within a maximum of 6.3 weeks he'd be A Rank 4 Outlaw, we just delayed by 14 months

    In total his career track is Rank 3 Smuggler-Rank 3 Thief-Rank 4 Outlaw-Rank 1 Noble

    The reason that he became A Rank 1 Noble despite being A Rank 4 Outlaw is because arranged a attempt to Murder The Elector Count of Stirland, but it was never intended to succeed and he deliberately set it up so he could save the life of The Elector Count of Stirland

    He/The Mask, saved the life of The Elector Count of Stirland and as a reward not only was The Mask and all of his followers given full pardons The Mask was also given The Title of Senior Baron

    The reason that prior to his pardon he was A Rank 4 Outlaw is because he'd been planning this for almost 10 years, he was very close to becoming A Rank 4 Outlaw

    The GM says that if everything went according to The Masks Plan then within 400 hours of him completing The Rank 3 Outlaw Career he'd become ruler of A sizeable Outlaw Domain, which would make him A Outlaw King

    Truth be told he is now The ruler of A massive Outlaw Domain, which makes him The Greatest Outlaw King that ever lived

    The Wizard is also female and she's A Childhood friend of The Mask, she didn't know he's A Outlaw, he gave her A Bit of Jewelry that he said was a gift but its actually magical and it lets him control her

    The others Wizards are Apprentices, followers and subordinates of the main 1, trusted her judgement and they are also controlled by bits of magical Jewelry

    And

    As for his large number of followers roughly 68% are controlled by similar bits of magical Jewelry,  roughly 29% are getting paid and the other 3% are former enemies of my groups that are working with him to get revenge on us

    Also

    Despite all The Power that The Mask has he now has 14 legit Rank 3 nobles as rivals and 3 Rival Rank 4 Outlaws as Enemies

    That means that he has a total of 17 Enemies that are more dangerous to him then we are, which means it’ll be at least 15 years before he can come after The Pcs
