Hi,

I want to update my profile pic but when I try to change the avatar it comes up with:

You have reached your space limit. Please remove existing assets from your library or upgrade to an Ascendant Membership for more space.

Remove file

But I can't find the 'library' and it doesn't have the option to remove the existing one?

    Hey @Panayjon,

    Can you give this a try now and see if you still have the issue?

    The size of the Profile Pic used to impact the Campaign storage, but we changed that now so that the Profile Pic is independent of any Campaign storage limit.
