  Depending on the size of the file you can upload it to Obsidian Portal through the media library feature, then link it through the media embed feature. This is how I added theme music to the main landing page for Core: https://core-1.obsidianportal.com/

  I then added the following bit of CSS code to format it so that it only looked like an audio bar:

                 .video iframe, .default iframe, .flash iframe, .iframe iframe{
                      height: 25%;
                      width: 25%;}

  So as just a quick update Youtube is definitely the easiest and free option for this. I just put the audio to a simple picture on windows video editor. 

  BAD news....couldn't convince my players to keep doing it so only have the session 0.

  @Vishera. Yeah I did. Although my players decided they were not comfortable with the concept (sad face) youtube is definitely the easiest and free. Hopefully it helps someone else
