Okay, so it looks like some of the spaces in your links are actually the " " on the source. Replace those with normal spacebar key presses and you'll be all set. Here's a copy/paste of the source:

    <p>[[The Itaka Steppes]]</p>

    <p>[[Salthuurs&nbsp;Palace of Pleasures]]</p>

    <p>[[Burtons&nbsp;Bloody Bowl]]</p>

    <p>[[The Excavation site]]</p>

    <p>[[The Elysium]]</p>

    <p>[[Ungol Grove]]</p>

    <p>[[Life Springs]]</p>

    <p>[[The Barrier]]</p>

    <p>[[The Golden Toof]]</p>

    <p>[[Slackjaw&nbsp;Choppa Shoppa]]</p>

    All the best,

It does have to do with non alpha numeric characters and non dashes. If you look at his campaign pages some of his other non working links have periods, question marks etc.  One way of fixing it is using the following syntax.

    [[Carls Place|Carl’s Place]]

It will show Carl's Place, even though the link is really to Carls Place.

Apostrophes are fine for links, Ampersands will break them every single time. Dashes are tricky because it depends on the type of dash; Hyphens are okay but En Dashes and Em Dashes are not, which can be a problem if you type everything up in a program such as Open Office or Word prior to pasting it in to the portal since some programs will convert dash types automatically. Underscores are fine too, as well as just regular parentheses, yet straight brackets and curly brackets break the link code. Quotation marks are okay to use, as are the @ symbol, commas, and exclamation points. Anything else not mentioned here will likely break the links.

Depends on the type of apostrophe. The standard apostrophe will work, but the type of apostrophe you may get from copying from some pdfs are not useable. Had that issue in my recent campaign.

Quite often it's the straight apostrophe that works for HTML. If you use the curly one that you get from say Microsoft Word, that quite often breaks things! Even HTML.

The link I posted spells that out actually, although not as well.
