I created a new campaign today, and noted that the way of creating and editing text has changed. The old Textile markup language no longer appears to be used, and it looks as if text can only be formatted using the in-browser tools.
Does anyone know if I can force a Campaign to be created using the old approach? I like to edit and save material offline and upload when I'm ready, and this new approach doesn't appear to permit that.
It looks like you're new here. If you want to get involved, click one of these buttons!

If you go to your Settings tab, then click Advanced, you can set your Default Editor to Textile. Just about everyone is still using that, as the CKeditor is seriously buggy.

Thank you!
Emphasis on CKeditor is SERIOUSLY buggy.

I like to quote from Tango &Cash on this one. It's FUBAR.

Thank you so much. I thought I was losing my mind. And NOTHING looks like the training videos look. It's very confusing.
Yeah, those tutorials are from years back before the site got a code overhaul to be modular.

While it doesn't help you right this second, you'll hopefully be pleased to hear that I'm in the process of rewriting the instructional material for new users. In the meantime, there are many terrific people here on the forums who can probably give you a hand. Also, you can feel free to message me as well.
