Greetings! I'm certain this has come up before, but in my quick search of the forums I could not find anything definitive- also the Terms of Use does have an IP section, but it only states that KSG's content and Third Party content is not transferred to us as users.
What I'm very interested in knowing is who has the IP rights for my campaign? I'm running a game that uses a home brew gaming system, and the story/characters have been an original creation of mine/the rest of my gaming group. Since we may at a later time compile the info and package it as a purchasable product I would need to know that I still retain the IP rights for what I have posted here.

The part you are looking for in the terms of service is:
"By submitting Content to KSG for inclusion on your Website, you grant KSG a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the Content solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing and promoting your Content."
That is the exact same wording as WordPress.com's TOS.
Here are some opinions on what it means.
