2. Right now, with extreme difficulty. Part of the functionality that was lost when the site was redone. The campaign search used to double also as a player search. I think one could use the Google search with "site: obsidianportal.com" and then a user name but I haven't tried.
The finding players/games is something that - as far as I understand it - is queued up for some retooling. I recall John making mention of it a time or two. So hopefully it's not too far off.
You CAN search for a username under your own campaign search tool (Far Right Tab at the Top). It should give you options to click on below. I have done it many times.
