Pictures containing links

A friend of mine created a page with pictures that contained links. Each picture, if klicked, led to a different post in the adventure log. That was pretty cooll, but I don't know how to recreate this effect. Any ideas?

    The first path is the location of the image, the second path is the link address you want to go to when clicked.
