Hello, one and all, it's time once again for another FDG Kickstarter!
I'm bringing this one to you somewhat late, as the KS has been ongoing for about 2 weeks now.
At the time of writing, it has 11 days to go, but it has already become the most successful of FDG's Kickstarters to date!
This time, the focus is on Dungeon gaming terrain that you can make on a 3D printer (you're buying the files).
Apart from the startup cost of a printer (of which there are several quality options), this makes terrain incredibly affordable compared to most typical options, with most pieces being less than a dollar at cost-per-print under the right conditions. The campaign has broken many stretch goals already, and continues to do roughly one per day.
Right now, the minimum buy-in is USD $10 for the starter pack, which Tom has stated is already nearly complete and will be delivered within a couple weeks following the end of the KS. I have pledged for several of these already, and I can assure you that he is being quite honest, as he has always delivered on time or even weeks earlier.
For those of you wondering, maximum buy-in is at $60 for pledges and $15 for each add-on (of which there are currently two, with talks of a third). As Tom has stated in comments, and which I can again vouch from experience, the price for these will most likely be double or triple once they get to standard retail, so if you're interested, get in now and save a bundle! Tom also always includes several Kickstarter exclusives in his products which are never released to the public; as Tom puts it, they are a thank you for supporting the product early on.

I encourage everyone interested in a 3D printer to look at "PrintrBot":http://printrbot.com/, "Ultimaker":https://ultimaker.com/, "FlashForge":http://www.flashforge-usa.com/ and "Cel-Robox":http://www.cel-robox.com/ for a start. I'm most likely going to go with a PrintrBot with a few upgrades once I get the money, and the cost is generally much lower with as high a quality as the more expensive models. Of course, it's all about fine-tuning your settings.

This is written with 6 days left in the campaign. The campaign has raised just under $63,000 at this point, and continues to rise swiftly. There's very little lull in this KS!
They've smashed through 26 additional stretch goals, and added a third add-on (Caverns, which Tom has stated will have about 20 pieces, plus extras for KS only!) for an additional $20.
Full buy-in is $110 for over 130 (and rising) files. For those curious, the $40 pledge level and up will give you all stretch goals.
As always,
