Can I make a custom adventure reward sheet?

I am trying to make custom adventure rewards for my players. For example, some players would earn 50gp and some 100gp. One player might get a wand of fireballs and the other players would not know about it,
Can I make hidden wiki posts that only certain players can see?

The general format would look like

Session 9-21 Orc Invasion
PCs defeated the Orcs. You gained 400 gold and a pearl of power.

another player would get
Session 9-21 Orc Invasion
PCs defeated the Orcs. You gained 400 gold.

    probably the easiest way to do it would be to make a wiki page for each character, as you can then add a 'player secret' to the individual page

    so you may have wiki pages call ed 'PC1s Backpack' and in the public section you and the player can put whatever you like, but you can add the Player Secret stuff in that you and the PC (and anyone who searches hi sback pack of course!) can only ever know about.
