I used to keep a campaign PDF with links, TOC, and appendix as a word document that I then would turn into a PDF for distribution (or page printing).
Well that document is about three years out of date. Because I use Obsidian Portal instead...YAY!
One of my table top 5E players only uses computers for games (long story, not the point).
So I went to print out (and I knew this but it hadn't sunk in to this level yet) a background sheet for his deity.
Such as this "Oghma":https://alfaysia.obsidianportal.com/wikis/oghma (you know where this is going right?)
Can't get it to print for crap. Its too long to screen shot...I tried various "Save as" from Chrome and Internet Explorer. I tried Evernote Clipper (which I love) but even when I get just the article...all the alignment and such is jacked.
I'm going to have to reproduce things in Word that I want printed...aren't I?

Have you tried looking for a paste as HTML (in libra office it's under Paste special -> Paste as HTML).
It keeps most of the formatting, but you'll still have to play with headers/footers/margins.
Hope this helps.

Is that the result of pasting screenshots together? If so, simple idea that didn't occur to me.
@ketherian, I'm looking into your idea also.
THANKS!

They're... okay. Preserves links and such, which is nice, but they split things up oddly sometimes.
looks like I am going with the "paste as HTML" method into a Word document.
It gives me a little more control over what I select, and then if there are any inconsistencies, I can edit it in word.
Thanks to everyone who suggested ideas, I did try every single one.

Thinking I might want to archive my entire site this way. I was using the OPbackup function , then opening the file with a either a web browser or editor, but since the upgrade that has become a lot more work to find things, and some stuff is just to hard to find.
Shame, the OP website is FANTASTIC, I update, player logs in and see it. BAM! But for the sake of redundancy, I think I will go back to archiving a pdf (made from the word doc) as a campaign setting bible.

Once upon a time, I was also doing this (and still do for generic NPCs, House Rules, and my Gem System mechanics), perhaps I should also look into doing some of this (always worked better writing stuff free-form and editing later, otherwise I sit on an open edit page for a couple hours and risk losing it all).

I am starting my campaign bible backup today.
The only interesting part (since not a wiki) is ordering the pages. My main wiki has buttons, those could be chapters I suspect.
