Formatting Magic Items to look like DDI entries?

I really like how this campaign (https://home.obsidianportal.com/items/amulet-of-health) has formatted their magic items, as it looks a lot like they do in DDI.

Does anyone know how to format your items so they look like this? It's not just a copy/paste from DDI, the info has been customized.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
