I haven't sat down to run a tabletop game in quite a long while but have experience with D&D 3.0 and 3.5 in Greyhawk and Faerun, Rifts, Pathfinder, Star Wars D20 (both editions), and extensive experience with both New and Old World of Darkness. I have the most active experience as a story teller (GM, DM, whatever) in the LARP (live action role playing) world.
So basically, all my time not at work is spent working on game stories. Saw this thread and had to get involved.
So the staff at LarpWorks really loves this site and we are all getting involved in it, thus requiring us to branch out from the previous joint account.
To all current members, we are in the summer doldrums- but people still are looking for feedback- please revisit!
We are always looking for new people to give us a kick in the pants over at Plot Club!
Seems that a lot of new blood want in- you old timer Plot Clubbers come help school the newbies with ideas of wonderment!

Those of you in Plot Club there are some folks who need help, and others who have not stopped by in a long while!!!
Those that are not in Plot Club, we are not the site you are looking for. Move on.
So, with the Reforge efforts calming, I will remind those current Plot Club members- Hey, we are still here!! Update your banner if you have not after the Reforge, and if you have plot issues/concerns/ideas- let's hear them! As well as the simple fact that plot club has some of the best code gurus around, so if there are still issues, ask away!!
For those of you new to the Portal, or to the Forum- What are you waiting for? Plot Club is a co-operative place to share ideas/brainstorm, and sometimes even complain, where none of your players will ever see!!! It is, an “idea cloud” as the original founder called it. Then we can post ideas, suggestions, and provide the feedback that is a vital part of the writing process.

Until the forums are fixed, I personally am not participating in Plot Club, or adding people. Forums are disappearing, emails not going out- the whole system is not working! Sorry. If one of the current plot club members want to GM it, I will happily step down- too frustrating right now!

@ Killervp, sorry to hear this, but I understand, since the Reforge, I've had to step back a few times from the OP. The sad thing is sometimes when people have to step back they don't return. I lost two of my real-life players over difficulties associated with accessing and using the OP. At this point I am really regretting allowing the OP to become such an integral part of my game...
I hope that you don't become a casualty of the Reforge as many other prominent users have and as you encouraged me not to leave when I was thinking of it; I would encourage you not to leave as well (take the step back and regroup, certainly but return to the cause).
The Plot Club is one of the best representations of the Portal Community and even though it seems the developers are hell bent on dismantling the community by taking away all of the tools to build and maintain it, We (dare I say) as strong leaders, COTM winners and long-time members cannot just allow for that to happen. I fear that without strong voices to oppose/rebuke the attack on the OP community and to encourage others to join their voices to the cause; the developers will allow the community to fall by the wayside, which is baffling considering it is the community that has kept hundreds if not thousands of members from leaving and have carried the burden of fixing people's campaigns.
Rest Well, have a merry X-mas,

Ok, so after all this time- we are approaching 2 months!- I am closing down Plot Club on 3/1/14 unless someone wants to take over gm reigns.
It just seems that it has run its course.
If you are a member and want to step in, please do!!
I agree. I had a good time and got good use out of it pre REFORGE but it is not just the interruption of the REFORGE. I think a site like this is a transitory thing - a good melting pot of ideas for all concerned while they are fresh and hungry and making plans, but then afterwards a bit of a drag. I certainly got some good use out of it and feel I contributed fairly well to other questions and OPiates involved. I support the motion to close but would like to thank all those that were involved. Perhaps someone may start a new one some time in the future when things have progressed a little.

I'll miss Plot Club, it was a huge help in my campaign. Gave me a wonderful place to float ideas by other GMs and see what people thought as well as get suggestions for how to get out of some of the corners I had painted myself into.
Sad to see it go, but to all good things...

If there's one thing that has been truly good about the Reforge, it is that I have become more active in this community.
