  Is your DM ascendant? If so, there are code snippets he can use in the CSS settings. If not, then not really.
  
  If CSS is available to your DM, here is the code I use (the credit goes to several others, I just took what they offered in other threads and cobbled together a fairly comprehensive list).
  
  input[type="text"], input[type="email"], input[type="password"], input[type="tel"], textarea, textarea:focus, .campaign-settings #style-settings #custom-css-field {color:white !important;background-color:black !important;}
  
  This should address most, if not all, areas. If it is missing some edit box, others might be able to plug the gap.
  
  Again, if your DM isn't ascendant, I don't know of a work-around.
