As winner of last year's August CotM, I would like to be first to nominate a superb contender for the August title for 2013. I am already supporting "Shadows over New York" for July but for August I highly recommend the fabulous shining example of excellent design and innovation evident on robertkety's "Dragons of Autumn":http://www.obsidianportal.com/campaigns/autumn-dragons". Check out the drop down panels, the interactive maps, the wiki of wonder, and stroll through the three pages of well annotated adventure logs. I am sure that my fellow Reforgers and OPiates alike will agree that it is a site well worth drooling over!

    TwiggyLeaf -

I totally agree! Of course, some could say I am biased; however, I have seen first-hand the effort and dedication that has resulted in Roberkety's Ah-mazing campaign page. As his wife and as a player in this campaign, I am in awe that he has taken it upon himself to learn coding just to create this awesome resource for our group (and for others to drool at). He could have used the standard template - but no - that wasn't good enough for his campaign... His dedication to our adventure (to include the Dragons of Autumn campaign site) is just a small glimpse at Robertkety's passion for gaming.

    Regards,

I will also endorse this campaign for August, as one who is also still hoping for "Shadows Over New York":http://www.obsidianportal.com/campaigns/shadows-over-new-york for July. Robert Kety has a great campaign, css whistles galore, and has been active on the Forums and in the club that we do not mention...

As a newly-minted ascendent (kickstarter), I have decided to do far more with my next campaign site. I will openly admit to stealing a great deal of ideas from the amazingly beautiful Dragons of Autumn site. I find Robert Kety doing things that I had no idea pure HTML could do (admittedly pretty old-school but trying to catch up fast). If voices of consensus make a difference, I wholly agree that the DoA site is deserving of a CotM award.

As the current COTM, this campaign fully has my support as the next COTM

Thank you all, so very much, for this honor and for all your support.
Shadows would not be what it is without my awesome players, nor without the support of the awesome community here on OP.

I happily put my support behind this campaign. While I am not the biggest fan of Dragonlance, the site itself is full of innovations and is a beauty to behold.
