  lol, it was cool. The TSR folks got overwhelmed with phone calls from people who believed the joke. The joke was all in fun and they get that. No hard feelings, we just pulled the story and posted a retraction statement to eliminate the confusion for those who believed it. You should see my email box, it exploded with over 1000 emails today, both good and bad

  Getting D&D out of big corperate hands could only be a good thing.
  
  I just picked up the 1st issue of Gygax magazine nd will be trying to convince my FLGS's to carry the print version.

  Leonidas, before you push that, you should read the poor attitude of the editor of Gygax on Stephen's blog... it was really sad.

  KVP there was alot of behind the scenes crap going on that could have caused some serious issues, that is why Jayson was so upset. TSR got hist with hundreds of phone calls because of it and it really was a pain for the company. They have been quite friendly after we started a dialog. I hold no hard feelings and feel that they are a good group of people.

  I was unable to get to anything substantial on this in Stephen's blog, but I am inclined to give them a pass. This must be a stressful time for them just getting the ball rolling and the mixed reviews so far.
  
  For my part, I am planning on submiting a few articles to them in regards to the Pathfinder Rules set - specifically articles that expound on rules/ offer alternate game play.
  
  Hubris aside my group and I have come up with some really solid stuff over the years and it would be greedy not to attempt to share that with more gamers.
