  Well, you could make it mandatory. Perhaps insist on a rotating schedule where a different person each week (or however often you play) has to write an adventure log or be docked XP or some similar punishment or get an xp bonus when they DO write it.
  
  Or you could try a bit of bribery. Maybe offer bonuses to the players who do participate. This could be any such as again bonus XP or maybe slightly nicer gear. Or if your players are more roleplay-centric rather than stat-heavy, the characters of the players who participate might get more of a spotlight in the story.
  
  I would definitely suggest talking to everyone and finding out why they aren't taking part. If they have a specific beef -- don't like the format, the site is too confusing or hard to work with, don't have the time lately -- then you can try to address that on an individual basis. You can also explain to them that it would help take some of the burden off you and make it a richer, more fun campaign. In the end, some people just aren't going to be willing to make the investment and some just need the right incentive.
