Dynamic Pathfinder Character Sheet with monks

So starting in a new pathfinder game and playing as a monk. The dynamic sheets will not allow me to edit my CMB and CMD. Anyone know how to fix it?

    If you have a look at http://www.obsidianportal.com/dynamic_sheet_templates you can see the DST authors.
    Find the exact sheet that you are using and try messaging the author. (It looks like there are several styles of Pathfinder character sheet)

    So I sent a message to the two creators but they never opened them. I am thinking they are probably not active on the site anymore. Anyone who uses the pathfinder dynamic sheets have any suggestions?
