Can we get a check box to choose NONE for the Email Notification section?

And an option for our account to not send us an e-mail for something that we post ourselves.
It seems silly that I post and immediately see an e-mail of the thing I just posted.

    Hi PinkRose,
just go to your account settings and uncheck the boxes for receiving email notifications.
This way you will get no email.

    Cheers!

But then I won't know when my players post to the forums.
I want e-mails. I just don't want e-mails from the things that I post because that's redundant and repetitive.

Tell your pc's to tag you with an email each time- that is what I have mine do.

Workarounds are fine, but I want to fix the system.
Right now, I untick me and my players when I make minor edits to a post.
And I untick me when I write something that I want to go to my players.
Basically the automated system doesn't help me much except when my players make a post, which is far less often then when I make a post.

Just set your email system to filter out those obsidian portal emails sent to you from you.

For example, I automatically delete any email subject containing "[My campaign name] cgregory updated"

    They are among us!

    That would work.

The "no" option would still be nifty (faster than unchecking all).

Alternatively, perhaps campaign settings could have a selection on what would be the default settings for email sending.

I would much rather default to having all unchecked and checking a member/all if I want it to send email, than the other way around.
