  I dont know of any... But it sounds like a pretty good idea. The very first "RPG" that I played was BattleTech. Some guys in junior high invited me to come over and play. I remember the character sheets being complicated, but exciting to look at. It was basically us just fighting each other, but I remember their being so much math involved that I didn't have that great of a time with it....
  
  A game like what you suggest would help take care of much of the computations.

  I got back into Battletech at Gencon where I played in some real extended grinds. I had forgotten how much fun the game was and now want to play some more.

  That has the option for a lot of different table top games.
