Hello all. A while back I was asked to write up a tutorial on my "World Map of Eriond":http://www.obsidianportal.com/campaign/age-of-legends/wikis/maps. I've been so busy with my PhD that it's taken me over 6 months to do it, but I finally managed to finish the tutorial, which is featured over at the "Cartographers Guild":http://www.cartographersguild.com/showthread.php?18280-Eriond-A-Tutorial-for-GIMP-amp-Wilbur (though I should mention, this is not a tutorial for beginners, but rather is an intermediate/advanced tutorial). In the process of writing the tutorial I created a map which I don't plan to ever use, so I thought I'd make it freely available to anyone here who might want to use it for their campaign. You can find this map over at my "Deviantart site":http://arsheesh.deviantart.com/#/d4veskg. I only request that if you do use it, you credit me as the artist in my site (and provide a link to either my Deviantart page, or my Age of Legends Maps page). I do occasionally do paid commissions so this would be a form of advertising for me. Anyway, hope this is useful to someone out there.
Cheers,
-Arsheesh

...does anyone know if there is a city map tutorial?
@Rase, are you using Photoshop or GIMP? I don't know of any GIMP city tutorials but there are several Photoshop city tutorials over at the Guild.

Modern day cities, or olden ones?
