Help Cleaning Up Dynamic Sheet

I've been trying to put together a sheet for Legend (see http://www.ruleofcool.com or get the original sheet at http://www.ruleofcool.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/CharacterSheet-0.224.pdf ) to make it easier for me to keep up with changes to my gaming group's stats. Problem is I know next to nothing about HTML, CSS, et cetera. So as a result, the sheet as it stands now is barely functional, and I'm not sure how much of it works at all. Would it be possible for someone to look it over for me and help clean it up a bit? I'd really appreciate it.

    Wow, not knowing the program languages is the first warning on the dynamic sheets. I would reach out to anyone that has a sheet you like for another system and see if they can help you.

    I did say NEXT TO nothing. I seem to have been learning moderately fast - attempt 2.0 is actually 100% functional. Ridiculously inefficient and ugly as sin, but functional. Which brings me to the "cleaning up" bit.
