Don't worry Micah, I like it already and I'm not even a beta tester! :D

Yes, the bug is repaired. I have been very impressed with the feature, used it multiple times! There are definitely folks interested, and waiting for the roll-out!

This feature is great! Awesome idea! It has saved me loads of time when updating my pages! Awesome!

Haven't run into any bugs yet, but have saved a few log posts that I accidentally messed up. So, yeah I love it!

Good question: It's an Ascendant only feature. We actually save past revisions for everyone, but the view, compare, and restore (ie. anything useful) is Ascendant only.

To all the beta testers - thank you for your work. The new feature is an excellent addition to our already superb Portal!

If I am GM of a campaign and a Ascendant member will my players be able to use this function without being Ascendants?

So earlier I commented that I thought 3 backups would be a good number, and it is a good number, when I'm the only one editing wiki pages. I was in the mindset of thinking that I would be the only one to do so since I usually am, but one of my players just edited one of my pages and I just had to go in and make all his edits "look nice". So after changing his edits to make them look better on the page I then noticed an error of my own and after fixing that I'm now stuck with all the new content, even if I want to go back.

If it's not too difficult to change it now that you've already released it (and if enough other people agree with me on this) perhaps 5 backups would be a better number (if you have the space for that too) when having players that go in and change things around.

Magavendon, on yours do you not have the "See all previous versions" link, or is that only us original beta testers?

I clicked that, it still only showed 3 versions.

That's weird, mine always shows a ton of versions -- one page shows 10 versions and has easily twice that under "show all versions". I was never a beta tester.

Same observation...I have a 'ton' of versions as well.

Strange... I'll make a bunch of "edits" to some of my other pages and see if I can replicate my problem.

I've used this feature a few times and have found it invaluable! At one point, I had edited the code on my page and had saved a version that covered up the "Edit Page" button (which then wouldn't allow me to further edit the page), so I simply backed up a version or two and was able to easily rework my page.

As others have mentioned, I have a lengthy version history that I am able to reference as I'm working on my site.

This is an excellent tool/aid for use by GM's and players, thank you!

    Job.
