Athear
All right First off Hi I'm Athear I'm glad to have found this site and can't wait to meet some of the DM's here. I am a man of small stature and grand Ideas unfortunately I'm definitely going to need to get some help. so with out further ado Here's the scoop I just recently picked up PHB races Dragonborn and found many Arkhosia related Quests so naturally I wished to play in or DM a Arkhosia Campaign, Finding out there was no such beast published I went about on creating it my self though I'm finding it hard to find Back ground info on the cities of the legiondary land. So I would love a little help in brainstorming the land scape I have a map so far and would like to add to it.
I strongly beleave The ruins of Arkhosia should have an Arabic feel.

Sounds like you're referring to 4e, which is definitely not my specialty (my experience is limited to a gnome bard who literally killed foes with his words; quite hilarious, much fun; never thought diplomacy could be so deadly).
However, I can recommend you to the "Cartographer's Guild":http://www.cartographersguild.com/forum.php for help with your map; they will likely be most equipped to help you there. I would also recommend you peek at the world-building sections of whatever DM sourcebooks you have access to; there will likely be a wealth of knowledge to help you develop a framework - if you haven't already. I would also recommend you take a quick browse through the "[unofficial] Help & Tips FAQ":http://forums.obsidianportal.com/comments.php?DiscussionID=1114&page=1 to see if anything there looks like it could help you out.
For future reference, if you switch over to the Textile input at the bottom (as opposed to Text), you can create links fairly simply by typing ; in this way you can link to "your campaign":http://www.obsidianportal.com/campaigns/arkhosia-expedition .
If you want an Arabic feel, I recommend doing as much research into the culture, history, and geography of that region as you can; that way you know what you want to keep, and what you can 'fudge.'
Since I am not terribly familiar with Arabic culture, history, or geography, and since I'm not terribly familiar with 4e, I'm probably not your best choice for a brainstorm associate - on the other hand, I'm also less likely to steal any of your ideas for it (not that people do that around here - [humor attempted]). However, if you are unable to find anyone else I'd be glad to help you brainstorm insofar as I am able.
As far as your campaign site generally goes; organization is ultimately up to you, but I strongly recommend starting to think about some sort of system; the sooner you implement it the better, and the fewer headaches you'll get over it. Since you're starting with a map, you may want to orient your development geographically, but maybe not. Since you're dealing with only a sub-section of a world, perhaps an inside-out method of development would best suit you; or maybe you want to at least have the outer bounds defined. I would strongly recommend not worrying too much about details that you don't expect to influence your campaign (i.e. "what the bugbears on the next continent over are doing," or whether there might be life on other planets, or even whether the world is round or flat, if that's byeond your scope).
Hope this helps!

It's a pain, but very rewarding to do research. I'm doing an east-asian theme and I've pulled from FFXII, MTG, Oriental Adventures 3e, Avatar; the Last Airbender, Hellboy, and even people here who have been nice enough to donate some of their time.
Good luck on your campaign and welcome to Obsidian Portal!

Also I need some draconic items and gifts for my PCs
If Some people can send me some links on information on the seven cities of Arkhosia.
I don't know where to point you to for the above, but on a similar note, I can show you a good 3.5 link for choosing ready made dragons:
"Sample Dragons":http://d20npcs.wikia.com/wiki/Sample_Dragons
I hope it will be useful at some later time in your game.
