Every time I've tried to make a table, it's spread out to fill the window. I'd like it to fit to the contents (each column only as wide as the widest cell contents). Is there a way to do this?
I can't help with making the column width match the content, but I can help with telling you how to manually set the width of a column. For my wiki, I've been handling it that way.
Ah, cool, that could work. I'd really like to get an actual auto-fit, however, as it's a table I'm going to be copying and pasting as a template with new information a lot, and I'd rather not have to manually figure out the correct dimensions each time if I can help it. If that's the best way, though...well, at least all I really need is to adjust one column and the rest will be okay.
I do not know of an autofit. The other option is to use only indentations by px, but I personally would go with the above version.
