Adventure Log Comment Error

When I click the "Comment" button to submit a comment on one of my player's adventure logs, I get a pop up that displays the internal code. I'm not even sure if it's an error message. I assume it is because the comment does not submit. Any ideas? Thank you.

    I ran into that same error, so I tried to repost the comment. When I refreshed the page (after saving my comment elsewhere), I had double posted.

    that error is popping alot, Tried to add a comment on A God Rebuilt as well as a few others and it popped on me.
