Hidden Campaign

I love to look at other people's campaign and I get that some people are private but I hate it when I see a campaign on the main page and click it only to discover it is not available for ME to look at. Some titles sounds real interesting and then you get all excited to see something new only to have a door slammed in your face.

I really wish that the main page would not show any campaigns that are closed to the public.

On another note; I would love to see the Campaign tab altered a tad too. How about it only shows campaigns that have been updated in the past say 90 days. Put a filter in to let you see older ones. It really sucks to find a great campaign on the front page only to discover it is over.

I feel the same way, Stephen! I got all excited when I found a bunch of Firefly campaigns that looked wonderful, but they'd been over for a year or more. Tragic!

I agree about the ones that are closed to the public, as it were, should be labeled as such so people don't waste their time clicking on them and get frustrated when they can't see it, but I don't necessarily see how a campaign that has finished isn't worth checking out, as (in theory) you can follow the progression to it's finale and see the wiki in it's final form.

Ive kept mine private when im working on them. Like if im buiilding them. Sometimes the players request it. I wonder how often the moderators delete games of non acended members that have been deactivated for a certain ammount of time.

I know it would be difficult to implement, but it would be ideal if a campaign that hasn't been updated in a few months would slip into an inactive category and would stop showing up on the front pages.
As for private campaigns, yeah, those should just not show up at all, or have a clearly labeled privacy setting.
