  if those are your only options, then I would go with underlined. Personally I have started using buttons for links in my wiki. It its pretty easy. There are free online button generators and all you need do is save the button and upload it to your OP.

  If we could have a campaign-wide CSS, then my preference would be no underline. I could set it once and be done, but having to do it for every link I'm just sticking to the default. Sometimes easy is better, particularly on underlines or not for links.

  I'm being fantastically lazy, so, I'm going underlines - but, yeah, given the option, design-wise, I prefer no underline or underlines on hover, at best. Just a personal aesthetic.

  It is actually a simple command: text-decoration:none. So if your preference is no underline, it is pretty easy.

  One consideration might be, just how much effort do you think your players are willing to invest? In my _Age of legends_ site I customized all of the links. But then, I am pretty much the only person who ever works on that site. On the other hand, in my (now retired) _Tales of Darkmoon Vale_ Campaign, I had players who would sometimes contribute, but often paid little head to the formatting suggestions I had given them. Hence, I tried to keep the wiki a bit more simple and user friendly so that they wouldn't avoid contributing on account of feeling like it was just too much work. On the other hand, if your players are all highly motivated and don't mind, then hey, do whichever one you like best.

  That is actually the best part!! The no underline was brought on by a player trying out new looks! Which is why it first appeared on an adventure log. I have one player that decided he wanted to change the buttons appearance, and helped me change over 200 pages!!
