  I am so sorry to cram my social conscience on ya'll. Just stop reading now if you don't want to hear about anything bad. The thing is, you guys seem like a pretty humane group, and I thought that at least some of you would like to know about a chance to help another human being.
  
  
  A 23 year old journalism student in Afghanistan has been sentenced to death for copying an article off of a website that contained "un-Islamic" material. Human rights organizations are up in arms over it. There is, of course, a petition. It's not getting any press, though, so I'm hoping that folks here will take a look at it and decide for themselves whether or not they want to sign.
