Hello, everyone!
I've been an OP member for a few months now and I'm just getting around to introducing myself. My "Saberpunk":http://www.obsidianportal.com/campaign/saberpunk campaign is in its eighth session. We play every other week but were on hiatus during the winter holidays. Things pick up again in two weeks. This is a regular tabletop game at my house (not online, sorry).
Saberpunk starts with a typical D&D world, drops it into an urban setting, and infuses it with cyberpunk tropes. You can read more on the campaign site, but the essence is that magic only exists in this world where huge numbers of people collect together (cities), and magic mutates everything it touches. Thus, all the "weird" races are created by magic; all "classed" characters are created by magic; monsters are aberrations created by the collective consciousness of the populace.
My wiki strategy is to drop enough background to get the players excited, and then develop bits and pieces of the setting as they come up in play.
By day, I'm a Java programmer for a well-known security company. In my scarce freetime, I'm an indie games enthusiast. I dabble in game design, and do some game editing now and then. You might have heard of some of the games I worked on, but probably not, though a fair number of people seem to be familiar with the One Bad Egg (3rd-party D&D 4E) products that I edited.

I've only had a chance to give your site a brief once over (I'll definitely check back though) but it looks very well put together. I can tell that you have have put allot of thought and energy into it. I like the idea of dropping cyberpunk tropes into Medieval fantasy. I could easily see how medieval guilds could fill in for the omnipresent corporate syndicates of the cyberpunk genre. I've often wanted to throw together a "Fantasy Noir" campaign along similar lines. Anyway, I just wanted to welcome you to the forums (looks like I'm the first, but others will be along shortly). This really is a great community and I'm sure that if you ask for it, you'll receive feedback from the forum members here. I wish you the best in your campaign, and look forward to reading through some of your adventure logs.
Cheers,

That sounds like a really cool idea, I'll definitely check it out when I get some time later this week. (Tonight is going to be the final adventure of my current campaign and I am psyched!!)
And I just want to echo what Arsheesh said about the community here on the forums. Hope to see you around.
