  I have gotten a friend request and I am unsure what friending someone will mean. Will it invite them to my game? Or will it just give me an easy way to find their bio?

  At the moment, nothing really. Adding someone as a friend merely places them in your Friends section on your profile, showing a sort of association with that user and allowing you to quickly access their profile. It has no bearing on your games, since your campaigns and your account are two different things.

  If it comes from someone I know, either offline or from the forums, it gives me warm fuzzy feelings. =)
  
  If it comes from someone I haven't seen here and don't know offline, it creeps me out. =)
