Sticky for FAQ

Is it possible to get a sticky post on the first page of the forums with all the comonly asked coding issues? all page linking questions, shorting logs with "more" links, no embedded video or sound, code for linking images from another hosting site, etc.

i think the community supports the site very well and am greatful for the help, but still find i am hunting the forums for a long time trying to find what i need.
