500 Error while creating a new wiki page

Hi,
I got a 500 Error - Internal Server Error while creating a new wiki page just before. I had written up a reasonable amount of text (mostly in the GM only box, only 1 line in the Public box), hit the create button, and got the internal server error. My page was not created, and I lost all of my work :-( I switched to another tab in firefox after hitting the create button, so I may have triggered something by browsing to another page at the same time as I submitting the new page.

Browser:
Firefox 3.0.8 on Windows Vista
