an anchor is a wiki function in which you can point a link to a specific part of a page not just the page itself.
so say I want to reference an npc somewhere and I point that reference to the page the NPC is on but let's say I have multiple NPCs on that page, using an anchor allows one to point directly to the specific NPC.
It's really useful and I was using it in a previous wiki but when I ported the code over to here it didn't work right
Add my vote for that - i've been trying to figure out how to do it, and so far, the only option appears to be using a full html link (a href="...#name") instead of just wiki shorthand. It works, but it's annoying.
