Hide Title?

Is there anyway to hide the title for a wiki page? For example, if you click on "wiki" it says Main Page, and then all your stuff. My problem is this: I have character pages, with the name of the character twice - once for the title of the page, once again for the header of the page:

Is there a way to hide the "Kerra?"
