Linking in "Race:" field of character page

What I would really like to see is for the Race: field on the character page to parse links. This way anyone using a custom race could just link right over to it.

I hate to be a "Me, too!" but, um ... Me, too!

I just ran into this very situation, tried several different ways to link and finally figured out that I couldn't. I think as more gamers come on-line with this and as more games are represented, this will become a greater need.

Even if it's simply used to link to some other web page or Wiki giving some info on that race, that would be immensely cool. I'm thinking in terms of Star Wars, where a few races are detailed in the game books, but the Star Wars Database and Wookiepedia have far many more races detailed.

Why limit this to the race field? One can easily see why, for the same reason, one would want to link to classes as well.
