GM Only vs. Public ?

my first question is who can see characters when i check the 'gm only' _and_ 'public' boxes...

Well, just going to your site, I see three NPCs. Keyra, King Vhullie, and the Witch of the Waste.

This is me looking at the site as a non-player. Don't know if that gives you any insight or not.

hm i unchecked 'gm only' a while ago, so who knows ;) it's not _that_ important anyway right now ;)
