Changing the background of the Front and Wiki Pages

Hello. I am just trying to put some finishing touches on my new campaign site and would like to change the background of the Pront Page and the colors of the Wiki pages to something like parchment. I was wondering if I could get soem help as the advice Ive already seen does not seem to work for me. I am Ascendent and I must be doing something wrong here. I would apopreciate any help.

There the first entry gives an example of code that sets a background image, you'll need to swap your preferred parchment image link from your media vault in the border image: url line.

If you already done that and it's not working and instead just displaying a white background, try adding the next chunk of code and checking again. If that still isn't working I'll need more information in order to assist further, the most helpful thing is a link to the page in question that you are testing with.
