User List / Search Feature

I'd like to see the ability to list and search for users, if possible:

* A way to list every user on Obsidial Portal by username. Similar to the campaign or character list (although probably with a smaller font), with links going to the user's profile. Alphabetic pages would also be great, i.e. Click "A" and filter the list to only usernames beginning with the letter 'A'.
* A way to search for users by username (with wildcards), location (within range of a zip code, i.e. 20 miles, 50 miles, etc.), or favorite game system.
