Becoming an Ascendant account

I've recently decided to upgrade to an ascendant account but when I've clicked the subscription button I get no activity. Just blink in the page, it acts as if the button works but no link is attached. What do I need to do to get an ascendant account?

The other possibility to try is to go to one of your campaigns. Where it says welcome, click the drop down and click the link under My profile.
